Muru's Marvellous Boots.

Muru from the pride of indian lions has put his boots up for sale. They are ADIDAS, have only been worn once and he is selling them at half price ($40).

Size : 9.5 US

Why the cheap price?? Blame it on superstition. Muru got injured during a science match the first time he wore the boots and thus, to curb this bout of bad luck, he's decided to get new ones.

Dumb in my opinion but someone out there might just benefit from it.

For more info, drop an sms to MURU @ 91529950

Kan is damn zai.

In Kan's outside league, he managed to score an Arshavin-like goal...before going on to dribble past 4 players to assist another, thus allowing his team to win 2-0 and proceed to the Finals.

He is damn zai.

First serious post. Seriously.

Eh, guys... I really think we stand a chance this year to win something but that's ain't gonna happen if the attendance for training keeps up. The infrastructure, budget and players are all there already, what we need now is YOUR COMMITMENT. I'm sure we're all here coz we LOVE the BEAUTIFUL GAME and not just for the points.

Today, Adit, Wuyao, Lloyd and I had a great time playing 2v2. What happened to the rest of you guys?

At least have the decency to inform our new captain Wuyao if you're not coming ma...

Anyway, it's his first time so give him a while to settle in and know you guys better. I'm sure you can do better to give him the support like you gave me last semester.

Alright!! Look forward to seeing you guys in training ah! And if you happen to know any females..ask them join soccer. Muahaha...

Not again.

The time now is 310am. Wednesday.

I just went down, and the shower was on again.

I'm smelling either incredibly fishy or chillingly eerie...

Raffles Hall Ghost??

Are the renovations provoking the ghosts of Raffles Hall? Is there something lurking around the corner? Read on and decide for yourself...

I stay in the non-RF, block 5 split. It was around 2am or so on Wednesday morning and I have had a little too much to drink and was in need for a little relief so I went down to the 1st floor toilet (the one on the water cooler side) for a leak.

The lights switched on as I entered the toilet, a fact I surmised from my action of tripping the motion detector. All was fine and I had my leak and thus --- normally, I must add --- proceeded to the sink to wash my hands.

Now, for those of you who know, there are mirrors in front of the sinks and these can get quite creepy at times especially when you reside in one of the most tradition-steeped and historically-rich halls in NUS. Goodness knows what might have happened within the hallowed rows of toilets in the past... Anyway, the mirrors were normal. Just wanted to state a point...

Anyway, as I was washing my hands, I realised there existed the sound of a running shower and to make matters worse, it was the last cubicle. THE LAST CUBICLE.

Darn it...why must ghosts always choose the final cubicle? Isn't it getting obvious?

At the same time, I was weighing the cost of 'Seeing Ghost' vs 'Saving Gaia'.

But anyway, I guessed curiosity got the better of me and I decided to go off the shower. As I walked towards the cubicle, I was in a state of trepidation and my heart was racing a little. No thanks to the Russell Lee's True Ghost Stories.

I cross my heart that I'm not making any of this up...

I pushed open the half -shut door to find the movable showerhead on its stand, water spewing out of it albeit at a half-hearted speed, it's trajectory reaching about halfway through the cubicle. I did the logical thing of skirting through from the side and as I looked at the tap, I was confounded...It was at a 45 degree angle!! My brain raced for an answer...turn up to off....or down?

I turned it down and got a good soaking at 2am in the morning.

Sure sure...laugh all you want but tell me this...

Who turned on the tap at 2am in the morning ?

Transfer News...

We've got a glimpse of the immense potential of transfer targets Muru and Safar on friday night...the question is...can we lure them to R.H.F.C?

Already, we have had our midfield master Chai Mingjie leaving the club due to age restrictions as well as our dynamo in defence Tito being transferred to PGPFC. If that wasn't enough, further damage to the integrity of the squad in the form of an extended overseas stint for Adit Barbel and Mario and a temporary loan for our very own dumbbell-on-legs Azfar has shaken the foundations of our club.

How are we going to tide through this choppy times??

Must the club call on its most dependable performer, Thaddeus, in this dire straits??

Here is a breakdown of the transfer season...

OUT

(Retirement)

Baike - graduated from club academy. only one with job.
Peter - sunbathing somewhere else.
Ian - retires from soccer. reason being guys in RH not muscular enough, prefers RVR.

(Age restrictions)

Chai Mingjie - Too old. Considering retirement and a new hairdo.
Tito - Just not good enough.

(Overseas loan stint)

Adit - Wasting his life away.

(Injuries)

Gant - we all know injury is just an excuse.

IN

Ragiv - on free transfer from KR. However, incessantly bugged by poachers from floorball.

PENDING

Safar - Currently plays for science. Cameos in Lion King.
Muru - currently plays for science; residing at RVR. Known as "Beast' due to uncanny likeness to certain X-men character.

GayBoy Jack.

Has anyone seen Jack Goh JieKe recently?

If you haven't and want to catch a glimpse of him, just follow the trail of vomit along the way.

As it turns out, due to his present flat stomach, Jack has developed a taste for all things gay....as can be seen in the recent many-buttoned, horizontal-striped shirt that he wore to Clementi.

Is this the advent of a N.U.M Jack?? In fact, he has seemed to changed his nerdy looking specs for a more contemporary pair....

Numerous theories have sprung up to explain this bout of gayness...

1) Winning Mr Raffles have got to his head....
2) He thinks his stomach is actually flat....
3) Yes, you're culture sec but it doesn't mean you have to be GAY...
4) It's his final year...so he's finally decided to reveal his true colours....

Whatever the reason is......the truth is out there.
